Jim is a very active mediator, having mediated nearly 600 cases in the last 5 years. He is a highly trained mediator and parent coordinator, with a great deal of experience in the most difficult cases, including those involving ongoing parental conflict and domestic intimate partner abuse. Jim is on the Douglas County 4.3 panel, an associate of the Nebraska Justice Center, a member of the AFCC, Heartland Mediators Association, and a Parenting Act mediator. He has a long history of service to people in crisis, has been a college professor for 18 years and earned his Juris Doctorate from Creighton Law School. Although a native of Iowa and his practice is centered in eastern Nebraska, his services are also available in western Iowa, including District 3 and District 4 cases.
